Аннотация: В статье дается краткий обзор писем поэта первой волны русской эмиграции, представителя «парижской ноты» А.С. Штейгера профессору П.М. Бицилли и князю А.П. Мещерскому. Переписка приходится на годы Второй мировой войны, отражает ее события и содержит ценные биографические сведения о самом поэте и других русских литераторах, общественных деятелях, членах Российского императорского дома в изгнании. Цитируемые в статье архивные источники впервые вводятся в научный оборот.

The Last Years of Anatolii Shteiger’s Life According to His Letters from the Archive of Piotr Bitsilli in the Pushkin House
Abstract: The article gives a brief overview of the letters from the representative of the first wave of emigration, the poet of the Montparnasse note Anatolii S. Shteiger to Professor Piotr M. Bitsilli and Prince A.P. Meshcherskii. The correspondence covers the years of World War II, reflects its events and contains valuable biographical information about the poet himself and other Russian writers, public figures, and members of the Russian Imperial House in exile. The archival sources cited in the article are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time.
